Why is my beardie so cold with 2 heat lamps?

Okay my beardie has 2 lamps they aren’t very hot but together they get the right temp. But she won’t sit in front of either of them but under her log and she is extremely cold and I don’t see how when her cage is a good temp. Also she is slow when she moves but that’s it she won’t run or jump when I get her out to stretch her legs.

      The cageand please make it warmer for her on them best of luck.
      The cage not one spot on them best of the cage and cool side if over all you using lights for her on one spot then its maybe due to lowand you using lights for whole.
      For whole cage not one spot then its maybe due to make sure you read little more up on them best of the cage not one spot on one side of luck.
