Please do not use a heat pad, heat rock, or any other type of heat emitter other than the bulbs. Beardies do not have heat sensors on the stomach and can easily get burnt!!!!

It depends on what size cage you have and you prolly need to get a 100 watt basking bulb or a heat wave emmiter to get it hotter in there or even a heat pad

You don’t need a different lamp, you just need a higher wattage bulb.

Also, make sure that you have a special reptile UVA/UVB bulb, it is VERY important for Charlie’s health.
