What lighting is needed to execute this photograph?

I want to create a close up photo of my son’s eye and I want to capture the reflection of his birthday party in it. I’m trying to figure out where my lighting should be placed. I’m thinking behind him to light up the objects I want to reflect?

I’d love some feedback and tips from anyone whose done this type of reflection shot!

      You need Photo Shop and a the eye on one layer, party reflection on another and then lower the opacity.
