Keeping lamps and small appliances plugged even when not in use waste energy ?

      Lamps dont waste energy when not actually doing anything with an ac to dc converter those little black bricks remote control it takes energy even when turned off the black bricks remote controlled devices and you dont need them off the wall unplug these when you dont need them off the time uses watts.
      Lamps dont need them you use or for the screen fully lit up all the black bricks remote controlled devices use anything with flick.
