is it hard to convert American halogen standing lamps for use in Australia (different voltage)?

      An adapter for the plug and light bulb bought in australia to use the lamp godspeed.

      You can get voltage adapter kits at HD, Lowes, Menards, Radio Shack, etc. Should cost around $20.00.
