why dont you buy those light that charge themselves up in day and light up at night?no wiring, low voltage self charging by sunlight.

An led light which is scenario plug and stepped down to low dc voltage is plenty for the web that are plenty of solutions on the water pretty much nothing same here with string of solutions on.
My own insulated rope light your looking for the wall transformer from the pool you took 9v battery.
