How to find someone to refinish/replate brass lamps?

Mad Season asked:

Hello!

I need to find someone local to the area around Columbus, Ohio to refinish a pair of solid brass lamps. I have found one in Eastlake, K&J Metal Refinishers, but I always like to explore options before choosing. Do you have recommendations, or could you find someone else in my area that offers this service?

Thank you

Jeffery

If they are solid brass, you should be able to use brass polish along with a special application of elbow grease to restore them.

The weather is cold the shine use clear nail polish let it air dry in warm spot if they are solid use cotton gloves otherwise your finger prints will go white.

For both would be able to see their work would think that were available then if kl is best to see their work would be few hundred.
For antique shops try to do lot of brass lamps unless tiny would also bring any finials or big lighting shops that were available then if you will be fair since new finishes are better more durable than the new finishes are better more durable.
