How long do i keep my turtles lamps on for?

I have one UVB 5.0 Lamp, and 2 household heat lamps. How long do i keep each on for and are there any further instructions?

    12 to 14 hours. I use a timer so they come on and go off by themselves.

    For 12 hours and off for 12 hours this simulates day and night.
