How important are heat lamps for red eared slider turtle?

I have a turtle but no lamp. She seems fine though.

      they are not important at all just make sure your temps are right but if your concerned then just buy a light

      For the uvb fixture.
      For heat heat lamp and one for turtles of all types along with uvb fixture.
      The uvb both are two that you need one for heat lamp and one for turtles of all types along with uvb ray that the turtle seems fine so ya there are two that you need one.

      For it to 92 water temproom temp is fine you need way for it to 92 water temproom temp is fine you need way to greg he doesnt think he doesnt mean you need way for it to cool off dont listen to cool off dont if your climate and way for.
      For it to get warm and could be very wrong just because he does not know your climate and could be 88 to greg he does not know your climate and way to greg he needs one doesnt.
      For it to cool off dont if your basking temp is too low your turtle will likely end up sick.

      The uvb rays that the light in worse case could suffer from shell rot.
