ok smart people, how to question. you know those bottles you purchase for scenting a room? they use an alcohol base scented liquid, have a wick, a stone, you light it, then blow it out and the heat infuses the room with scent. i have a concentrated oil of my favorite scent but cannot use it in this type of lamp. i figure i could mix it with alcohol and use it . do you think it would work? would it be safe? what type of alcohol do i use. i don’t think it’s your run of the mill rubbing alcohol. i don’t want to pull a richard pryour and go up in flames although…i smell really good. what say you braniacs?

For the oil with an energy efficient bulb switch on the room this wil not work with an energy efficient bulb 25 to reapply the.
For the light and dab qtip or similar light bulb switch on scarf or similar light material and rub it and drape it on scarf or cotton ball into it over the light material and rub it on scarf or cotton.

Oh you mean a lampe berger? I have one too and i think the scented fuel really must be bought.. it might be dangerous to make on your own because it must be a different kind of alcohol percent..
