How do I replace LEDs for Coralife Lamps and where do I get the bulbs?

I have had 36″ Coralife lamps, with daylight, monnlight, and LEDs, for about 6 months on my 75 gallon corner tank The LED bulbs quit. I can’t figure out how to remove/replace them.
Dou think I should just take the lamp unit to the pet store with me?
