How can you replicate these lighting conditions using studio lighting?

Liberty asked:

Have you ever looked into your rearview mirror around sunset and your eyes glow? I can’t for the life of me figure out how to replicate that with studio lighting, if there IS a way, that is?
How can you do that? Where do you place the lights?
