4100 or 5200K lamps in common areas for commercial office building?

I am looking to upgrade my incandent lamps and 4/2 fixtures to fluorescent. I can get them in 4100 K natural daylight or 5100K which is supposedly the new popular look. I have heard roomers that 5100K causes headaches and should not be placed in tenant spaces.
