Can we use lamps purchased in USA when we move to France?

Moving to France. I’ve purchased transformers/converters for our lamps (all halogen). Can I use the existing halogen bulbs? What can I use for a rice cooker, electric tooth brush, power drill charger? Or will we just want to replace everything?! Please only answer if you really know about electical systems! TIA.
Please include the source of your knowledge. Have you lived there, are you an electrician, etc. Thanks.
