Can anyone help me install Fog Lamps in my 1992 Dodge Stealth?

The car I think is the base model or ES, but on the back of the car it doesn’t say “Stealth ES”. The car’s interior has a fake molded button to turn on the fog lamps, but of course I cannot push the button. The front of the car where the fog lights are to be placed is a modulated cable, one for each of the two spots. My dilemma is that I do not know where to start on installing working fog lights.
