		<description>Erm, well not knowin exactly what your trying to do, i would say you need a multimeter a car battery(presuming the bulbs are 12 volts).
You need to look at the plug and work out what wires do what.
I would imagine you would have 3- 5 pins that would normally connect to a vehicle:
1.Ground
2. tail lights on
3. brake lights on
4. left indicator light on
5. right indicator light on
With the multimeter (or the battery and two wires- if your brave) you just need to work out  what wires do what. 
Unless you can see the lights, with connecting up the meter/battery to the pins, your gona need a freind to help you or a mirror!.
Becareful not to short the battery out- as it could explode!.

connecting a fuse, you need to workout what the amp draw will be on the overall circuit. i guess no more than 10amps.

If you want the indicator lights to flash,then youll need to get the correct rated flasher relay and a switch.</description>
